We are looking for a

Personal Secretary

to support our Managing Director (MD) with daily schedules, meetings, and communications. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.

Responsibilities



Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and travel plans. Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Coordinate with departments (marketing, accounts, admin, etc.) for updates. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents. Organize meetings, conferences, and events. Maintain confidentiality and follow up on tasks from meetings. Support smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements



Graduate in Business Administration/Management or similar. 1-2 years' experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant (real estate preferred). Strong communication skills in Tamil & English. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy.

Preferred Qualities



Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask. Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines. Professional and discreet in handling sensitive matters.
