Role Summary:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and reliable Personal Secretary to assist with administrative and operational oversight across our preschools and learning centres. The role demands strong communication, timely follow-ups, and mature coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day admin and operational follow-ups
Coordinate schedules, meetings, reports, and task tracking
Liaise with staff, vendors, and centre teams
Assist in documentation, visits, and audits
Maintain clear and confidential communication flow
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is a must
Mature, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with multitasking and handling coordination roles

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
