Business Meetings as per Director Instruction and making necessary arrangements and support to Administrative smooth functioning
Scheduling and Fixing up appointments (Official & Personal) for Director / CEO
Coordinating with HR for Scheduling interviews to the Candidates as per CEO availability Knowledge of preparing power-point presentation and various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases
To charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks
To Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills
To ability to manage internal and external correspondence
Excellent Communication -English, Tamil and Should be good in drafting letters
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant will be preferred and looking for Female Candidates
