EA acts as the interface between the Director & the Heads of Units that the Director Heads. He / she manages all the matters of Director, like setting up meetings, appointments, preparing Notes, presentations, Minutes, communication with depts etc. Also manages personal matters related to Auditor, Admin, travel.Responsibility Deliverable : -1. Operational Management wrt Units under Director like Monthly reports for institutions and operations for support departments like finance, HR, Admin, Business development etc... 2. Creating Minutes, follow-ups, Presentations ... 3. Communications with department heads through all modes like email, phone, in person etc... 4. Calendar management of the Director. 5. Analyze various reports and suggest changes required. 6. Implement all decisions made. 7. Keep track of budgets vs. actual performance. 8. Maintain matters in a highly confidential manner. 9. Administration matters like Travel, Auditor communicationTasks & Activities: -? Operations REVIEW for all Units & commpanies ? Setting up appointments, Review calls, Maintaining the minutes and deadlines for implementation. Follow-ups and getting work done. Communication & presentations ? Sending emails professionally to the concerned people and keeping Director informed on progress. Creating PPT's for Units based on Director's requirement. ? Being the communication bridge between the Management & Heads of Institutions to ensure smooth flow of operations. Admin co-ordination ? To co-ordinate for all travel and other Admin related activities pertaining to the Management. ?
