Maintain confidential files and records.
Coordinate with departments and external stakeholders for follow-ups.
Organize Board meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate minutes.
Handle calls, emails, and communications professionally.
Ensure confidentiality and support the Board in daily business tasks.
