Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and reliable

Personal Secretary

to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, professional, and capable of handling confidential matters efficiently while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and calendars

for senior management Handle

emails, phone calls, and official correspondence

Prepare and format

reports, presentations, letters, and documents

Coordinate

meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodations

Maintain files, records, and documentation (physical & digital) Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure timely execution Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Assist in administrative and office coordination activities Support management with ad-hoc tasks as required

Required Skills & Competencies:



Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

Strong

organizational and time-management abilities

High level of professionalism and discretion Proficient in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
