We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to assist the Director in managing daily business activities. The ideal candidate will act as a professional point of contact, ensuring smooth coordination across tasks, meetings, and communications, thereby enabling focused growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage all business calls professionally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Align and follow up on tasks with the internal team.
Draft, review, and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Maintain and organize records, reports, and confidential documents.
Assist in prioritizing workloads, ensuring deadlines are met.
Perform other administrative tasks to support business operations and reduce the Director's workload.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; preference for Business Administration / Commerce / Management background.
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant / Administrative Officer.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and email management.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
