Job Description

Schedule and Meeting Management:

Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.

Communication Handling:

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and act as a liaison between the executive and others.

Administrative Support:

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents, maintain filing systems, and manage confidential information.

Travel and Event Coordination:

Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics for business trips and events.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records and databases.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
