Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, calendars, and reminders.
Handle phone calls, emails, messages, and correspondence on behalf of management.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, follow up on tasks, and record minutes.
Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics (if required).
Maintain documents, records, reports, and files systematically.
Assist in communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Perform basic office duties such as drafting letters, preparing presentations, and creating reports.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate preferred (any field).
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and email management.
Highly organized with strong follow-up and multitasking ability.
