Record Keeping:

Maintain both electronic and paper-based files and records.

Research:

Conduct research and compile information for reports and ongoing projects.

Office Coordination:

Collaborate with staff, clients, and vendors for smooth daily operations.

Task Management:

Prioritize and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Qualifications:



Education:

Minimum high school diploma (a degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).

Experience:

Prior experience as a secretary or in an administrative role preferred.
