The Personal Secretary will provide high-level administrative and clerical support to executives or senior management. The role involves managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The secretary acts as the first point of contact and ensures efficient time management for the executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
Draft, type, and proofread letters, reports, and presentations.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Perform office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office systems.
Assist in personal tasks (if required) such as event planning, reservations, or personal scheduling.
Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
Support in research, report preparation, and data management.

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with office administration practices and procedures.
Minimum 3-4 years experience
