Job Responsibilities



Manage the CMD's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion Coordinate with all departments to support company-wide tasks, communication, and updates Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on execution Draft, review, and format official communications, including emails, letters, reports, and presentations Assist the CMD with project follow-ups, workflow monitoring, and operational oversight Maintain organized filing systems, documentation, and timely compliance reminders Serve as a liaison between the CMD, directors, managers, clients, and external stakeholders Prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Support the CMD with administrative tasks, presentation preparation, and urgent assignments

Requirements



Experience:

Minimum 2

+ years

as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary (mandatory) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and coordination abilities High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office and standard business communication tools Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
