The role will be personal secretary to Managing Director
Location: Kunnamangalam
Experience:1-3 yrs
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Hospital Director, ensuring efficient management of their schedule and tasks
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Hospital Director
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including hospital staff, patients, and external partners
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Manage the Hospital Director's calendar, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
