We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Secretary to provide administrative support to our senior management team. As a Personal Secretary, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential matters with discretion. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the schedule of senior management, ensuring timely meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and other logistics
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:

MBA
degree from a recognized institution

3-4 years of experience
as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
