Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation (digital and physical). Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist in personal tasks and errands as required. Monitor incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Manage office supplies, expenses, and reimbursements.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
