Personal Secretary
to assist the Director in daily administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible, professional, and capable of managing sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Maintain documents, files, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Draft letters, reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth communication.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Assist the Director in office-related tasks and ensure timely task execution.
Maintain professionalism and ensure smooth workflow at all times.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant/Admin role.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure when needed.
High sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
