Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate calendars and ensure timely reminders for key events.
Handle travel arrangements and itineraries (local and short-term outstation).
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
.
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Communicate effectively in both
Hindi and English
, both written and spoken.
Represent the company professionally with a
positive attitude and good appearance
.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally to other locations as needed.
A professional, presentable, and approachable demeanour.
