We are seeking a confident, dynamic, and well-groomed Personal Secretary to provide one-on-one executive and personal support to the boss. The role requires someone who is open-minded, proactive, and comfortable with close personal interaction, ensuring seamless coordination of both professional and personal priorities.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact and manage confidential communication on behalf of the boss. Handle day-to-day schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and personal appointments. Provide personal assistance, ensuring availability and flexibility for professional as well as selective personal matters. Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and trust in handling sensitive information. Assist in event planning, hospitality, and high-profile social/professional gatherings. Ensure the boss is well prepared and groomed for meetings, public appearances, and engagements. Carry out tasks requiring personal interaction and a high degree of openness, adaptability, and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
