Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence including phone calls, emails, and documentation.
Coordinate travel plans, hotel bookings, and event arrangements.
Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and presentation materials.
Maintain and organize files, records, and important documents.
Assist in business and personal activities as required.
Manage reminders, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Be available for occasional travel and flexible working hours when needed.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Graduate in any discipline with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and general computer operations.
Well-organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Prior experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Admin Executive preferred.
Willingness to travel if required.
