Job Description

. Calendar & Schedule Management

- Efficiently manage and update the executive's calendar

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders without conflicts

2. Communication & Correspondence

- Handle calls, emails, and other communications professionally

- Draft and respond to letters/mails as required

3. Travel & Logistics

- Organize travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport)

- Prepare travel itineraries and handle reimbursements/claims

4. Meeting Coordination

- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

5. Confidentiality & Discretion

- Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters

- Handle documents and communication with discretion

6. Documentation & Filing

- Maintain organized records of files, reports, and official documents (physical & digital)

7. Task & Office Management

- Assist in daily office tasks and coordination with other departments

- Track deadlines, tasks, and deliverables for the executive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
