We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Partner in all administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information with discretion, and providing exceptional support to ensure the Managing Partner's efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Managing Partner.
2. Communication Management:
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the Managing Partner.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing files, records, and documents.
4. Meeting Coordination:
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings attended by the Managing Partner.
5. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, and partners.
6. Legal understanding

Possess basic legal understanding
to assist in reviewing documents, legally sound mind, coordinating with legal teams, and supporting day-to-day law-office operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting, senior management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning as part of a team.
- MBA degree preferred, but not required, depending on relevant experience.
