We are a well-established law firm in Paschim Vihar, seeking a dedicated Personal Secretary to provide administrative and organizational support to our senior management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior with day-to-day tasks, including managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
- Organize and manage documents, files, and records efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, manage diaries, and prepare necessary paperwork.
- Handle incoming inquiries, phone calls, and emails with promptness and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- Female candidate, with a young, professional, and pleasing personality.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
- Well-groomed, and presentable.
- Courteous, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Capable of handling managerial tasks and maintaining schedules.
- Ready to join immediately.
Salary:
- ?15,000 to ?20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
