We are seeking a reliable and well-organized

Personal Secretary

to assist the employer with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should be professional, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily schedules, appointments, and reminders Handle phone calls, emails, and basic correspondence Organize documents, files, and maintain records Assist with personal and household coordination tasks Support administrative work such as data entry and drafting letters Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other contacts Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements



Good communication skills (English or Hindi) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality Responsible, punctual, and proactive Prior experience as a secretary or assistant is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
