Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Personal Secretary

with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to handle senior-level interactions and government clients. The candidate should be available and willing to

travel to Dubai

as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the senior management. Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments. Prepare business correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents. Maintain effective communication between internal departments, external partners, and government officials. Handle government clients and documentation related to compliance, approvals, and liaison activities. Manage office operations and ensure timely completion of executive tasks. Coordinate international travel itineraries, visa processing, and related logistics (especially for Dubai trips). Support in preparation for business meetings, conferences, and exhibitions. Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 5-7 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant in a

manufacturing or industrial setup

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to handle

government clients and departments

. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Willingness to

travel to Dubai

as and when required.

Preferred Candidate:



Female candidate

with a professional demeanor and positive attitude. Candidates with prior exposure to international business coordination will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
