Key Responsibilities:



Manage the director's day-to-day calendar, appointments, and meetings Handle office communication, documentation, follow-ups, and reports Track and follow through on pending tasks and ensure timely completion Coordinate between departments and update the director with status reports Handle confidential information and sensitive data with integrity Maintain proper records, office filing, and document control Support in administrative, merchandising, accounts, and vendor follow-ups when required Be accountable for tasks pledged on behalf of the director

Skills Required:



Strong sense of responsibility and task ownership Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Highly disciplined, punctual, and committed to execution Ability to handle high-level business communication on behalf of the director

Preferred Background:



Experience as an executive assistant, personal secretary, or coordinator Background in textile/export industry is a plus Fluent in English and Hindi

Pay: ?12,682.57 - ?35,437.84 per month
