Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day administrative and office operations
Maintain calendar, schedule meetings & reminders
Handle incoming calls, emails & communication professionally
Prepare basic reports, notes & documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on tasks
Organize office files, manage travel or meeting arrangements when required
Attend meetings & prepare minutes (MoM)
Help with office management tasks and errands when needed
Maintain confidentiality of office information & data
