We are looking for a proactive and organized

Personal Office Assistant

to support daily office tasks, scheduling, communication, and basic administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has good communication skills, and wants to build a professional career in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in day-to-day administrative and office operations Maintain calendar, schedule meetings & reminders Handle incoming calls, emails & communication professionally Prepare basic reports, notes & documentation Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on tasks Organize office files, manage travel or meeting arrangements when required Attend meetings & prepare minutes (MoM) Help with office management tasks and errands when needed Maintain confidentiality of office information & data

Skills & Qualifications



? Good communication & interpersonal skills
? Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets/Docs)
? Strong time-management & organizing skills
? Willingness to learn and take initiative
? Professional & polite behavior
? Ability to multitask and handle tasks responsibly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,977.17 - ₹15,000.00 per month
