We are seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and presentable
Personal Manager
to support the Founder in managing professional and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the Founder's representative in various settings, attend high-level meetings, coordinate schedules, and provide executive-level assistance while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
primary representative
of the Founder in meetings, events, and official gatherings.
Manage and maintain the Founder's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Attend business meetings, conferences, and events alongside or on behalf of the Founder.
Facilitate smooth communication between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.
Ensure all engagements, appearances, and communications are handled with discretion and professionalism.
Accompany the Founder on business travels when required.
Oversee personal and administrative tasks as directed.
Qualifications & Requirements
MBA or Master's Degree
in Business Administration/Management (mandatory).
Minimum
2 years of Experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly
presentable, confident, and professional
demeanor.
Proven ability to represent senior leadership with poise and credibility.
Flexible to travel and manage a dynamic schedule.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong discretion in handling confidential matters.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in a similar role with C-level executives.
Strong networking abilities and polished social etiquette.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
SALARY
