We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive
Personal Manager
to assist in managing both personal tasks and business operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted right hand--capable of handling day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination, and taking initiative with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Tasks:
Manage personal errands, scheduling, and appointments
Coordinate travel plans, accommodation, and bookings
Supervise and manage household staff/vendors as needed
Handle document renewals, bill payments, and personal accounts
Business Support:
Assist in day-to-day business operations across multiple ventures
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle follow-ups
Supervise vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping
Liaise between departments and ensure timely task execution
Logistics & Mobility:
Travel locally as required (driving may be involved)
Handle pickups, drop-offs, and transport-related tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
Tech-savvy: comfortable with emails, calls, and calendar tools
Valid
driving license
and willingness to travel locally
Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable

Pay: ₹15,290.67 - ₹20,000.00 per month
