Job Title: Personal Loan Collection Executive

Location: Trivandrum

Job Summary:

The Personal Loan Collection Executive is responsible for recovering overdue payments on personal loan accounts through regular follow-ups, field visits, and negotiations, while maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers through calls and field visits for overdue personal loan payments.

Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by the management.

Negotiate and persuade customers to make timely repayments or settle dues.

Identify and escalate critical or chronic delinquent accounts to higher authorities.

Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, payments received, and customer communications.

Coordinate with the credit and legal teams for further action on default cases.

Ensure collection activities are conducted in a professional, ethical, and legal manner.

Provide daily collection updates and reports to the manager.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions regarding repayment schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).

1-3 years of experience in loan collections, preferably in personal loans or unsecured products.

Good communication and negotiation skills (local language proficiency preferred).

Ability to handle field collections and work under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.
