to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling various loan products such as personal loans, business loans, and home loans to customers through direct and telephonic interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and walk-ins.
Understand customer loan requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Explain the loan process, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with customers to ensure successful application and disbursement.
Coordinate with back-end teams for documentation, verification, and approval.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM.
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or issues efficiently.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in loan sales or financial product sales (fresher with strong sales aptitude may be considered).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Willingness to travel locally (if field sales is involved).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in banks/NBFCs/DSAs in loan sales.
