Job Description

A medically trained performance?health professional who manages nutrition, injections, peptides, supplements, IV coordination, digestion, weight stability (72-73 kg), and daily routines -- ensuring the HNI remains camera?ready, calm, recovered, and functioning at peak every single day.

Experience

(Realistic & Hire?able)

3-7 years experience in nutrition, dietetics, clinical support, or performance health roles. Experience working with actors, athletes, HNIs, or high?pressure performance environments. Hands?on experience managing daily health routines, not just monthly planning. Experience coordinating with doctors, chefs, trainers, and support staff. Prior work involving injections, supplements, peptides, and health monitoring.

Education Requirements



Minimum (Practical & Hire?Able)

B.Sc in Nutrition / Dietetics OR Diploma in Nutrition / Clinical Dietetics OR Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Paramedic OR Certified Clinical Nutritionist

Preferred (Bonus, Not Mandatory)



M.Sc in Nutrition / Dietetics Certification in Sports Nutrition (INFS / ISSA / ACSM) Certification in gut health / anti?inflammatory nutrition Certification in IV therapy or basic emergency care

Core Responsibilities (Final Integrated Protocol)



This role combines nutrition, clinical administration, and daily health management.

A. Core Daily Health Goals



You must keep the HNI:

72-73 kg stable (no weight loss) Camera?ready (sharp face, low puffiness).

Low inflammation Perfect digestion & warm metabolism High energy & recovery Zero morning anxiety

B. Nutrition Protocol (Strict)



LAW 1 -- 110-130g protein/day
Paneer, tofu, tempeh, dals (controlled), chickpeas (controlled), veg protein shakes.

LAW 2 -- All food must be warm
Zero cold food, smoothies, juices.

LAW 3 -- Carbs only at lunch
Dinner ALWAYS low?carb.

C. Daily Meal Structure



Breakfast: warm, high?protein (within 45-60 min of waking) Lunch: 40% protein, 40% veg, 20% carbs Snack: protein?focused Dinner: warm, light, low?carb Hydration: 2.5-3 L warm water/day

D. DO?NOT?EAT List (Zero Tolerance)



Cold foods, fruits, smoothies, juices Sugar, sweets Fried foods, junk meals Bread, pizza, pasta Restaurant?style oily foods Heavy lentils at night

E. Mineral + Detox Support



Daily include:

Tahini, cashews, chickpeas (copper) Lentils, leafy greens, warm oats (Mn/Mo)
Daily avoid:

Plastic bottles, canned foods, cheap teflon Use only glass/steel

F. Daily Health Tracking Log (Mandatory)



Track:

4. Clinical & Medical Support Responsibilities



Injection & Peptide Handling

Must be able to independently administer:

Subcutaneous (SubQ) injections -- peptides (BPC?157, TB?500, CJC/IPA, MOTS?C, GHK?Cu) Intramuscular (IM) injections -- biotin, B12, hormone?safe injections
If doctor says:

"Biotin injection daily at 4 PM,"

? You must be able to administer it on your own safely.

IV Therapy Coordination

Must coordinate / assist with:

NAD+ IV Vitamin C IV (Glutathione IV Magnesium IV Taurine IV
Must know:

When each IV is needed How to prepare, monitor, and log IV sessions (doctor/clinic must set cannula)

Supplement Management



Maintain supplement inventory Give supplements EXACTLY on time (morning/afternoon/night) Track effects and side effects Maintain cold?chain storage for peptides

Morning & Night Routine Support



Support morning activation protocol Support night wind?down protocol Ensure no nicotine on an empty stomach

Doctor Communication



Coordinate labs, reviews, and protocol updates directly with the doctor Send daily logs to doctor if required

Travel Health Management



Pack all meds, peptides, supplements in correct storage Maintain timing & protocol during travel/shoots Coordinate with local clinics for IVs when traveling

5. Skills Needed (Integrated)



Strong nutrition & macro planning Warm?digestion & anti?inflammatory diet knowledge Clinical safety: sterile technique, dosage precision, safe disposal Strong coordination with chef, trainer, doctor Excellent documentation habits Ability to read body cues: bloating, retention, inflammation, fatigue Understanding of vegetarian performance nutrition

Available daily for check?ins Able to adjust plans based on sleep, digestion, shoot timing Willing to travel (domestic & international) Strong Tamil + English communication Must maintain daily logs, weekly summaries, and injection/IV logs Must immediately report any medical concerns to doctor
