Personal Finance Assistant
, supporting our Finance Manager and Directors in managing investments, fund flows, and financial planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in personal accounting and investment documentation
Prepare fund flow and cash flow statements in Excel
Perform financial and investment analysis
Coordinate with financial advisors and directors for reviews and meetings
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and records
Schedule and coordinate meetings between Directors, Advisors, and stakeholders
Provide periodic investment performance reports
What We're Looking For
Graduate in Finance / MBA in Finance
Skilled in Tally & MS Excel (financial modeling, fund flow, analysis)
Basic knowledge of Stock Market, Mutual Funds, and Taxation
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and professionalism
