This role goes beyond calendar management. You will act as a

Key Responsibilities Executive & Operational Support
Manage daily schedules, meetings, and task priorities for senior leadership
Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams
Assist in planning and coordination of business activities
Communication & Coordination
Act as a communication bridge between leadership and internal teams
Handle emails, messages, and calls professionally
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders when required
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and presentations
Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential files
Support meeting preparation and post-meeting notes
Trust, Discretion & Ownership
Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
Anticipate needs and proactively solve small operational issues
Ensure smooth execution of daily tasks without constant supervision
Skills & Requirements Must-Have
2-5 years of experience as a
Personal Executive, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear verbal and written communication
Proficiency with
MS Office / Google Workspace
High level of professionalism, discipline, and discretion
Good-to-Have
Experience working in
start ups or fast-paced environments
Ability to manage changing priorities calmly
Basic understanding of business operations
Comfort working directly with senior leadership
