Job Summary

:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for a private individual or family. The driver will also be expected to assist with office-related tasks when driving duties are not required.

Key Responsibilities

:

Safely drive the employer and family members to and from appointments, meetings, events, and other personal engagements.

Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle at all times.

Perform regular vehicle checks and ensure timely servicing and maintenance.

Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Assist with loading and unloading packages or shopping items if required.

Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.

Handle basic errands as requested, such as dropping off/picking up items.

Keep records of fuel usage, mileage, tolls, and vehicle service.

When driving duties are not needed, assist with general office work or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a personal or professional driver.

Good knowledge of roads in Thane and Mumbai areas.

Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate trustworthiness.

Physically fit and able to sit for long periods.

Willingness to work flexible hours if required.

Preferred

:

Prior experience working for a private household or high-profile individual.

Familiarity with basic car maintenance and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of alternate routes and navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.)
