The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong etiquette, discretion, situational awareness, and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistance & Shadowing
Accompany and support the principal throughout daily activities.
Ensure real-time readiness for all tasks and movements.
Anticipate needs and prepare requirements in advance.
Butler & Household Support
Maintain high grooming and service standards at all times.
Assist with hosting, serving, and hospitality duties as required.
Coordinate smoothly with household staff to ensure seamless service.
Logistics & Coordination
Support with travel movements, vehicle coordination, and external visits.
Handle personal errands, shopping, and small organisational tasks.
Manage inventory of personal essentials and oversee timely replenishment.
Basic Administrative Support
Use basic computer tools for documentation, scheduling, and communication.
Maintain notes, reminders, and simple data records.
Liaise with internal teams or household staff when required.
Candidate Requirements

Prior experience as a Butler in a private household or luxury hospitality environment.
Young, smart, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
Street-smart, proactive, and able to function with complete confidentiality.
Basic computer literacy is essential.
Must be locally based in Mumbai and available to join immediately.
