Role Overview
As a
Personal Branding Strategist
, you'll be the creative mind and execution lead behind our clients' online presence. You'll research their niche, plan and manage shoots, ensure content quality through the edit process, and oversee day-to-day social media management to keep their brand consistent and impactful.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the art of storytelling and the science of digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Research
Conduct deep content and market research on client industries, competitors, and audience trends.
Develop and refine each client's personal brand voice, positioning, and content pillars.
Identify storytelling opportunities and trending formats that align with the brand's goals.
2. Content Creation & Shoot Management
Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots (concept, scripting, styling, location, scheduling).
Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and videographers during shoots to ensure alignment with brand tone and strategy.
Maintain shoot calendars and deliverable timelines.
3. Content Review & Quality Control
Review and verify video/photo edits for quality, brand consistency, and messaging accuracy.
Provide clear feedback to editors and design teams for revisions and improvements.
Approve final deliverables before publishing.
4. Social Media Management
Manage social media profiles across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for assigned clients.
Schedule, post, and engage with followers to build authentic communities.
Track performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategy.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or branding (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of personal branding and storytelling.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in visual content.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of editing workflows and content formats for Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
