strategy.

Role Overview

You will lead the strategy and execution of our personal branding efforts across digital

platforms. This includes defining brand voice, refining our messaging, building a compelling

online identity, and supporting visibility through strategic content and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a brand discovery and clarity session to extract voice, story, and values


Craft/update LinkedIn profile, bio, website copy, and speaker one-pager


Develop a personal brand blueprint (tone, audience, messaging pillars, elevator pitch)


Recommend or oversee visual branding (colors, fonts, layout guidance - optional)


Guide content strategy for thought leadership (posts, articles, reels, or short videos)


Create or supervise brand assets (Canva templates, slides, banners, PDFs)


Monitor and guide consistency across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, website)


Optionally support or collaborate on lead magnets, email sequences, or media kits

Ideal Candidate Has:

Proven experience in personal branding for coaches, trainers, consultants, or creators


Strong copywriting & storytelling ability


Familiarity with coaching language, thought leadership, and service-based businesses


Knowledge of LinkedIn, Canva, Notion, and/or other content planning tools


Understanding of audience psychology, client personas, and content strategy


Empathetic, collaborative, and a good listener -- you help draw out someone's

authentic voice


Portfolio or before/after samples (please share links if possible)

Preferred (But Not Required):

Background in psychology, coaching, marketing, or communications


Experience with Story Brand, Archetypes, or Branding Frameworks


Design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma) or light video editing


Previous work in transformational, well-being, or education sectors
