Digiweave Mediatech LLP is looking for an experienced and strategic
Personal Branding Social Media Manager
with 3-4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will specialize in building and managing the personal brands of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals across digital platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of storytelling, audience psychology, and content strategy to help clients establish a strong and authentic digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and execute
personalized social media growth plans aligned with the client's goals, values, and professional journey.
Manage and grow
personal social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) through compelling content, consistent engagement, and targeted audience interaction.
Develop content calendars
and oversee the creation of high-quality posts, videos, and thought-leadership articles.
Collaborate
with content writers, designers, and video editors to ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging.
Conduct competitor and audience research
to identify growth opportunities and optimize content performance.
Monitor analytics
and prepare monthly performance reports, recommending data-driven improvements.
Stay updated
with emerging trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in personal branding and social media marketing.
Engage actively
with online communities, respond to followers, and manage brand reputation effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in
personal branding, social media management, or digital marketing
.
Proven experience in managing personal profiles of
entrepreneurs, CXOs, or influencers
.
Excellent understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and platform algorithms.
Strong
storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication
skills.
Proficiency with tools such as
Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer
, and
Google Analytics
.
Ability to think strategically, plan long-term growth, and execute with attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and client communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Basic video editing and creative direction skills.
Experience in building LinkedIn and Instagram-based personal brands.
Understanding of SEO and online reputation management (ORM).
