The Personal Banker-CASA is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing and growing existing customer relationships, and promoting the bank's products and services. This role focuses on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products.
Acquire new customers and build a portfolio of CASA accounts.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Promote and sell CASA products, including current accounts, savings accounts, and other related services.
Cross-sell other banking products such as loans, insurance, and investments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Stay updated on banking products, services, and industry trends.
