Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Personal Banker for an on-site role located in Landran. The Personal Banker will be responsible for providing personalized banking solutions, assisting customers in opening new accounts, and handling deposit operations. The role also includes delivering exceptional customer service, managing financial transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their banking needs effectively.

Qualifications

Experience in Personal Banking, including offering tailored financial solutions to clients. Proficiency in handling Deposits and Opening New Accounts. Fundamental understanding of Finance and banking operations. Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities. Relevant banking certifications or a degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field is advantageous.
