Job Title : Personal Secretary/ Personal
Assistant
Reporting To : Managing Director
Department: Management Support Job Location :Fort (Transitioning to Worli in 6-8 mths)
Position Summary:
A highly trusted Personal Assistant with extensive experience supporting senior leadership
and promoter families. Proven ability to manage end-to-end personal and professional
coordination for the Managing Director, including complex travel logistics, calendar
management, and confidential documentation. Known for discretion, adaptability, and
proactive problem-solving in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Primary Point of Contact to Managing Director in his day to day activities more on the
personal front.
  • Ensuring continuous support to MD and his family members during domestic and
international travel, including itinerary management, visa and documentation
arrangements, travel logistics, and addressing any emergent needs.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and family functions and events,
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism, handling all personal and family matters
with complete confidentiality and discretion.
  • Quickly adapt to changing needs and priorities, proactively addressing issues to ensure
a seamless experience for the executive.
  • Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings by overseeing his
calendars, coordinating personal and business appointments.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related
field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing premium residences, estates, or senior hospitality
roles
  • Prior experience with promoter families, UHNI households, or luxury hospitality
preferred
