Job Description

Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing email correspondence, filing, and organizing documents. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and scheduling conflicts. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the executive team. Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes. Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address issues as they arise. Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments within the organization. provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives, as needed.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
