Position Overview
We are looking for a
Junior Executive Assistant/ Personal Secretory
to support the Director and senior leadership team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn while managing administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Professional Support
Coordinate with internal teams to
track tasks, updates, and follow-ups
.
Help with
travel bookings and itinerary arrangements
.
Manage
calls, emails, and messages
on behalf of the Director.
Maintain files, records, and confidential information securely.
Provide
administrative and coordination support
for various projects.
Personal Assistance
Coordinate and oversee select personal or household tasks for the Director or CEO (e.g., maintenance, bill payments, or appointments).
Assist in personal errands such as
school admissions or coordination for children
and other family-related administrative matters.
Facilitate
household service requirements
such as
getting appliances repaired
, managing vendor visits, or liaising with property management.
Support in organizing personal travel, events, or other ad-hoc personal commitments as needed.
Discreetly handle any personal communication, documentation, or coordination tasks entrusted by the Director.
Skills & Requirements
0-3 years of experience as an
Assistant, Coordinator, or Admin Executive
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and a learning mindset.
Professional behavior and ability to handle confidential matters.
