- PA cum Receptionist (for Director)



Position

: Personal Assistant cum Receptionist (Female - Married Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:



Provide complete administrative and secretarial assistance to the Director. Manage the Director's calendar - scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments. Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, and reports. Act as a first point of contact for calls, visitors, and external communication. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties as per Director's instructions. Maintain a professional reception desk - greeting visitors, handling calls, couriers, and inquiries. Organize and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion. Maintain professional appearance, communication, and etiquette at all times.

Requirements:



Gender:

Female (Married candidates preferred)

Qualification: Graduate (Preferred - Administration/Commerce/English background). Prior experience as PA/Executive Assistant/Receptionist is desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email drafting. Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and polite mannerisms.

Additional Information:



Flexible working hours as per Director Sir's schedule. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
