We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized
Personal Assistant
to support daily administrative, coordination, and travel-related tasks. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent drafting ability, and the flexibility to travel to various work locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to management.
Draft emails, letters, notices, and professional communication documents.
Maintain schedules, calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and event coordination.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage documentation tasks.
Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks with attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient drafting ability (emails, letters, internal communication, etc.).
Must be fluent in
Bengali, English, and Hindi
.
Professional, disciplined, and presentable personality.
Ability to travel for work whenever required.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Executive will be an added advantage.
