Role Overview
We are looking for a
Personal Assistant
who can support in
correspondence, scheduling, travel planning, expense tracking, and daily coordination
. The role requires strong organizational skills, good communication, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Draft & manage letters, emails, and official communication (English & Hindi).
Organize employer's ideas into written notes/reports.
Maintain task tracker: follow up with team members & provide weekly reports.
Plan and book travel (rail/flight tickets, hotels, taxis, restaurants) via agents or portals.
Maintain vendor contacts for travel, taxis, and bookings.
Categorize & update expenses into Excel (business vs personal) and share with accountants.
Manage daily calendar, schedule meetings, and send reminders.
Sort incoming emails/physical mail into weekly review folders.
Provide basic marketing/admin support when required.
Requirements
Graduate (any stream), female preferred.
Strong written & spoken
English + Hindi
(basic Bengali a plus).
MS Office (Word, Excel - basic formulas, data entry). Google Drive and apps also a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
