Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders for senior executives.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
Draft and manage professional correspondence, emails, and reports.
Prepare presentations, business documents, and meeting notes.
Act as the primary point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and personal information.
Assist in follow-ups, project coordination, and daily operational tasks.
Support management with personal and professional errands when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
2-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
