We're Hiring a Personal Assistant!
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and well-spoken Personal Assistant to support our CEO and Co-founder in managing day-to-day administrative and communication tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience who's looking to grow in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle client communication through phone and email in a professional manner.
Manage and organize CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and send reminders.
Coordinate daily tasks, follow-ups, and track deadlines.
Maintain records, organize files, and assist in project updates.
Handle travel bookings, appointments, and general administrative duties.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Comfortable with client-facing communication and multitasking.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
Preferred:
Experience working with leadership teams or startup environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
