We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and well-organized Personal Assistant to support day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will accompany the Director for meetings, handle routine tasks, manage personal and office work, and ensure smooth scheduling and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
Accompany the Director to meetings, site visits, and travel as required.
Handle official documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Draft letters, emails, and maintain communication on behalf of the Director.
Coordinate with staff, vendors, clients, and service providers.
Assist in household and personal tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Manage basic office work such as preparing documents, scanning, photocopying, etc.
Drive the Director when required (if possessing a valid license).
Track daily tasks, reminders, payments, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to handle administrative and documentation work.
Valid driving license (preferred).
Professional behaviour, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Qualities
Polite, disciplined, and presentable.
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Flexible with timing when required.
Quick learner and proactive.
