Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
Organize travel arrangements, events, and office documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Recruitment & Hiring Duties:
Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Assist in onboarding new hires.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & recruitment portals.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills & professional attitude.
